Excellent service every time I go to place my order
Always a good beverage and using the mobile app makes it a quick stop.
This morning the doors are locked and it doesn’t seem that anyone showed up to work. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. This location is always slow, and the parking lot/drive thru situation is terrible. Needs better management. Kids working often won’t greet people coming in, who just stand there waiting to order for minutes before being acknowledged. Order of service is wild. Literally half the time they are out of cold brew or their nitro isn’t working. Where is management??

This is the WORSE Starbucks location I have ever been to…1. They move soooo slow, I ordered 10-15 mins before even arriving & still had to wait an additional 10 mins before getting my mobile order. 2. The baristas have no idea what they’re doing, I’m pretty sure I saw her remake my order because she forgot something and then not to mention the drink was horrible & tasted like water…I only ordered at this location because it was on the way to my church but I’ve had experiences like this a couple times in the past which made me stop coming here. There’s about 12 people working & it feels like theres 2. Wasted my money this morning on this horrible drink. I will stick to going to the Sheldon Rd location. Mind you, I asked for shaken and it wasn’t… also, what is this at the bottom of my drink? never had this before and I order the same thing
