Starbucks

So slow everytime I come here. Minimum 30 minutes to get a single drink.

Horrible service I stood in the lobby for 5 mins while 4 different people failed to even acknowledge. Ridiculously bad service don’t waste your time here. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. A simple hello would’ve been appreciated

Came here today for the BOGO sale they had going on. They were predictably busy and unfortunately very understaffed, but the employees were incredibly nice and communicative throughout it all. Jesse was especially great. He was incredibly nice in the midst of chaos and made sure people waiting knew that their order was coming. He also made one of the best drinks from Starbucks I've ever had.

If I could give this Starbucks no stars I would give them no stars but my only option is one. This Starbucks takes literally 30 minutes to get one drink. Management needs to be changed. This whole store needs an overhaul. Also the parking lot is terrible and once you get in line you’re trapped, even worse if you decide to go in to get a drink you can’t get out because the line is always so long. This store is a dumpster fire

Truly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s always so packed it takes 20+ minutes to get coffee. Find another Starbucks if you’re in a rush
