Jersey Mike's Subs

This is THE BEST Jersey Mike’s hands down. The energy is so good in here. The employees are so sweet, funny and caring. They recognize all their returning customers. They have great memory too. They somehow managed to turn a regular chain restaurant into a mom and pop type of feeling restaurant. You can come in here if you’re having a bad day and they will make you smile. Seriously, i skip out on my local jersey mikes to come here that’s how good the energy is. And they don’t just throw your food together either, they CARE. 11/10 place you won’t regret. This Jersey Mike's location is second to none. Not only is the food very good but the service is Top Notch!

I walked in as 2 staff members we having an argument. It didn't stop when they realized they had a customer. The guy in the front just threw gloves at the guy in the back, looked at me, and continued to argue with the guy in back. If this is what they do in front of customers, they don't care about any service or standards! I left since the argument just continued. Find another place for calm lunch.

Would have give. 5 however if a person orders ahead (like 1.5 hrs ahead) that person would expect to pick up the order that was placed. In my case It was even late getting to be location.. Once snide I was asked if I was I kin up or placing; and after I said I was placing the young girl behind the counter (the only employee I’d since so far) continued working. I noticed there were two patrons inside the store, and she seemingly was making other to go orders. Well because I was slightly famished and trying to get back on my schedule; I inquired about The status of my order that was supposed to have been ready already and even mentioned that I apologized for being late to ick up my order. B Y this time yet another customer entered the store and said he too was picking up. The young girl behind the counter then without any provocation sassily told me that my order had been sliced but not dressed. She the. Continued making other orders. As I was beginning to ask if I could have my order, the young girl huffed and puffed then went to where my sandwich was kinda just sitting there (which I did t think was appropriate as I was unaware of how long it’d been there like that) she hurriedly and quite sloppily finished my sandwich leaving out two condiments that I’d asked for in my order, shied it tinto a bag and as I held my hand out to take the food that she just threw together she instead placed it on the counter just short of placing it in my hand and went back to preparing food. No thank you or sorry for delay or anything. I took my food and left after thanking her for her help. So disappointing when the customer pays for a stores or employees bad day! Really hurt my idea of Jersey Mikes….

Around 1:30pm I was picking up A Uber Eats Order and walk in Jersey Mike’s employees arguing for something that shouldn’t happened!!! A New Guy was doing his job while other employees forced him out his Spot. I guess they felt like he wasn’t going there is a speed but to me as a New Hire and only been on the job for 3 days he was doing his thang. This disappointed me to see this. Management should had did better with this Situation

Be sure to tell them what all you want on your sub when you order. It's not like the other sub place where they ask after they put the meat on the sandwich.

Sherrie is AMAZING and makes waiting for your food fun. Btw ..hands down best sub shop in the area...by a large margin.

Really good food and the workers were awesome! there was a rude customer in front of me and they all handled it really professionally
