BAD SERVICE, I ASKED FOR A GLASS OF ICE WATER AND THEY DENIED ME, THE MANAGER SAID NO. this was today Wednesday 10/4/2024 time: 6:20 am

Absolute garbage! Ordered vinti cookies n cream mocha and it was pretty much just cream and ice… no coffee or cookies flavor. Service so slow it’s pointless to have them remake it. I want my money back!

Waited for 30 mins for a black iced coffee, asked multiple times about my order. Never got it. Had to leave.

Don’t order here. Incredibly slow service! Waited 20 minutes for a drink to be made. Regret ordering.

The mobile app shows that most everything is unavailable. The store actually had all of the things that were shown to be unavailable. I found out by asking customers coming out!!

I visited here with 2 other people. All 3 of our drinks were disgusting and the barista, Brittany was nasty and rude, rolling her eyes at us and other customers. Food was poorly cooked. She was on her cell phone while making drinks during a rush. Multiple other customers had issues and recognized her as rude even once we were at our terminal. We also mobile ordered and we’re required to load $25 onto a Starbucks gift card in order to pay for less than $10 of food. A

Hurried to make it before 6:45 pm. Arrived at 6:40. CLOSED! Employees cleaning inside closed shutters... no coffee and snack for me. And a few others that walked up. Somebody had the app open and it too said 6:45....
