It's a Starbucks!! Great crew, friendly fast and efficient...

These guys were very disrespectful when I tried to use the restroom. They rushed me out of the building because they were closing but failed to notify me as I went in the restroom and told me midway to go somewhere else when I just started. Absolutely terrible service

Went today to have coffee with family and when we asked about the outdoor seating the manager/supervisor said “we’ve never had outdoor seating”. Well that isn’t true since we’ve been going to this location since it opened but more so it was his response. Very rude and condescending. The only friendly staff member was the one who took our order. Do better!

Great staff Vegetarian options: Hey, it's a Starbucks. There are vegetarian options for the drinks as well as the snacks and desserts.

Nearly 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open, they were closed still with employees inside. I can understand 10 minutes, but when you have 5 cars in line and 3 wanting to go inside, it's a pain. I usually wouldn't be frustrated, but this isn't the first time this has happened.

sat in the drive thru for over 12 mins with noone answering. drove around and employees are in there. time they open says 6am. This false advertisement! And i call them and they tell me if i want coffee to go to the one on howe avenue
