The staff is nice, fast, and efficient. The new London Fog Tea Latte is good. I recommend you try this drink on a winter day. Starbucks needs to go back to the old straws. Current straws break down too easily.

Awesome customer service. Our kid spilled a drink, and an employee who wasn’t even on shift had a replacement drink made and towels ready for cleanup within seconds of the spill. They also pulled up an extra chair four our family from the back when there were no extras on the floor without us saying anything.
