I had an unbelievable experience. While the food and drinks were delicious, the service from Lauren and Christian was unparalleled and will be the reason I come back often and bring friends along too! Many hat tips to Lauren and Christian for this unbelievable experience.

The clerk here wrapped up the broken item and handed it to me. When I emailed the store to complain, they only gave me an initial explanation and never responded after that. It is in a state of being ignored. Starbucks Customer Service is also having trouble with no email response at all. This is my first experience with such a store.

The cocktails were good. The service was horrible. The sat us at a table. No one came to take our order. The waiter/bartender was serving a different table and refused to make eye contact with me. 20 minutes later when he went back to their table, I stopped him to see about ordering. He reluctantly took our drink order. We finally get our drinks. At no point did anyone come back to the table to see if we needed anything else. No one brought the check. We had to go to the bar to get the check and pay. When we asked to split the bill (for 2 items) he acted inconvenienced and sighed loudly at us.

Was only able to go to tasting room on my visit. The drink menu is unique but it is very expensive, so be prepared. The atmosphere was very relaxed and nice decor. Would still recommend on trip to new york city.

I recently visited the Starbucks Reserve at the Empire State Building with my family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Morgan, who not only offered us samples of delicious coffee and tiramisu but also took the time to engage with us, especially my 8-year-old daughter. Morgan’s knowledge about the place and his enthusiasm in sharing information about the three-story establishment added to our experience. The discovery of a alcoholic bar within the Starbucks Reserve was a pleasant surprise for my wife, who took a much-needed break with an espresso martini while my daughter and I explored the various floors. The concept of the Reserve, with its multiple stories and offerings, was fascinating and unique, especially for someone like me from Southern California experiencing it for the first time. However, the highlight of our visit was undeniably Morgan’s exceptional hospitality. His warmth and kindness made us feel genuinely welcome and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our time there. We left with not just a memorable experience but also with anticipation for the possibility of encountering something similar in California. Thank you, Morgan, for the fantastic tour and for making our visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to return. Kid-friendliness: The staff made sure to keep children entertained.

Great experience and service from Cley, Morgan and the rest of the staff! The Toffee Nut Dark Chocolate Mocha was made perfectly. Later in the day I ordered a Mint Majesty hot tea and, even though Christmas was almost 4 months ago, I was still able to get a Red Cup.

Initially, Starbucks wasn't on my plan at all, but Reserve in the Empire State Building ticked my curiosity led me down to the basement level of this iconic building, and I'm glad it did. The place offered an opportunity to sit back and dive into the Reserve beverages and food, normally rather saturated experience in other parts of the world nowadays. The Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew was the choice of the day. Decision that might seem bold to some, but as a tourist seeking adventure, it sounded just crazy enough to try. And what a surprise it was! This wasn't just a coffee; it was a journey. The burst of aroma was intoxicating, with rich bourbon-esque oak notes dancing over hints of vanilla and chocolate. These were beautifully complemented by the bright, fruity floral notes from the Guatemalan coffee beans. It was an all-encompassing experience, capturing my senses in a way that coffee seldom does. The attention to detail was astounding. As the ice melted, revealing the Starbucks Reserve logo, I couldn't help but appreciate the thoughtfulness put into the entire experience. Having been sober for over a decade, the drink evoked memories of savoring a fine liquor. It was as if my senses were intoxicated by the sheer delight of the flavors and aromas enveloping me. Vegetarian options: There’s no meat in coffee, so rest assured. Dietary restrictions: Pretty much anything can be adjusted for any dietary restrictions except for the pastries. Kid-friendliness: Shouldn’t be issue Wheelchair accessibility: It’s typical Starbucks where you’d expect your convenience

Dünyadaki ender reserve’lerden biri burası. 3 katlı bir yere sahip. Oturma alanı oldukça keyifli, vakit geçirmek için uygun.
