Starbucks

Just picked up a frap from drive thru and they missef a bunch of ingredients. Taste like water. Bought 2 grilled cheese and attempted to add 1 more at window amd kid told me to pick up inside. Thankfully he had an extra one and was able to get 3, just to find out it was an old one, almost broke my tooth. I wish I can go back for a refund but i was on my way to get my son from school. No time!

Pretty cool Starbucks but felt baristas could've been a little more upbeat and helpful as they typically are in other Starbucks locations. Cool vibe overall and good location.

My favorite Starbucks.. Great team.. Always so welcoming.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I came through the drive thru last week and was met by one of the most unpleasant workers ever. She had black hair and glasses. From the moment she took my order at the speaker she was giving me horrible attitude and just being disrespectful in general. I was trying to be patient but she was practically yelling at me when I got to the window. I then spoke to her supervisor who was much kinder. Still, a horrible experience. Ridiculous having a worker such as her at a Starbucks where they supposedly pride theirselves on customer service. Will not be returning.

Great attention. However tables were all dirty. Including outside tables. Needed a good cleaning. Otherwise good.

Today i had an awful expiration at the pinecrest starbucks. Today is 09-05-23 and the woman who took my ordered was wearing a black shirt, she had black long hair, glasses and tattoos on her arm. I ordered an caramel ribon crunch and a chocolate croissant. She treated me badly and then she told me and my friend to never come to this starbucks again. Get better employees. Things like things make me never wanna come again. Her co-worker a girl with curly brown hair is the sweetest. she made me feel better.
