First time in my life eating shake shack and they got my order wrong

Great service, a bit of a wait for the shakes but we didn't mind. Highlight was the manager. Great guy, really attended our needs. Will be coming back soon.

This WAS a good location. Switching to the automated kiosks was a DISASTER. The lady that deliver orders is simply rude. No managers available. Long waits on a regular weekday.

Ordered double bacon with cheese when it arrived looked like someone sat on it. The fries where almost cold the burger lacked seasoning. The small drink was expensive. All in all I would not return. The burger meat was ok.

Food is good, but customer service sort of stinks. Quite a turn off to be asked to pay a tip when I have ordered from a kiosk and have to walk over to a shelf to pick up my to go bag. In addition, they take your first name, your cell, and give you a number. And then don't use any of them. They never texted me that my order was ready and we sat there for 22 minutes. Finally asked and they pointed to a to go shelf. I asked why did you collect my name, cell and give me a number if you weren't going to use any? C'mon. Lastly, music is very loud, could barely have a convo with my husband sitting outside.
