My experience at this Starbucks location is so far very similar to any other locations. I have to say, I am a little disappointed these baristas do this sometimes, even at time when it is not busy. Especially at this location prices are a bit higher. I recently ordered a coffee latte and I received a little over than half full cup, it was mostly foam. I did not mention to the barista because I didn't notice it until I took the lid off after I left. Again many Starbucks locations do this to save time in not making another batch of steam milk or espresso for similar orders. If this happens to you just mention it and they will pour more steam milk or espresso to the appropriate fill for the latte.

Tom is horribly rude and unaccommodating. Starbucks labels themselves as the cafe where you have free roam to customize your drinks. Asking him for no ice in a cold drink was like pulling teeth. He was uncooperative and unwilling to do so. When I asked him politely why he would not put in the order, he told me that the drink would not be cold and I would have to order it hot. Since I've ordered many cold drinks with no ice, I told him this and offered several solutions. One being that I don't care if it's not chilled by the ice, just so long as it's not hot. He kept refusing to do anything and near the end he just stood there silently waiting for me to just order the drink hot to the point where it was holding up the line. Someone else from the staff had to come up and tell him that it was ok to order the drink with no ice. Needless to say, the drink was pretty cold when I finally got it, even without the ice. This took 15 minutes...
Always a good cup of coffee.
