Ordered salted caramel cream cold brew and the girl barely put any cream in it. I asked her why the picture shows almost 1/3 cream she said she doesnt know why...interesting all other starbucks seem to do it the same...this place not so much.
Has to be the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. 10 people ahead of me, 30 minutes before I got to the front. And there are no other choices around. Either get more help for the existing employees or get faster employees...or robots.
I was told the wait time would be 25-30 minutes because there was one espresso machine. One hour later my flight is boarding and I still have no drink. While people with complaints get their orders pushed to the front regardless of how long they’ve actually been waiting. The caller was nice enough but she’s also shouting behind the counter asking the workers for stuff the customers wanted before their turn (food/drinks) But that’s what happens when people are sliding her money I suppose. How about just do your job? There were about 30 drinks unaccounted for. I’m sure that’s because priority was reorganized unnecessarily.
Went here and ordered on the mobile app. They were to open at 4am. They didn’t open and refused to come out and tell people what was going on. I had to go behind the counter to get someone and their reply was that they didn’t have a manager. Over 20 people waiting for their food and drinks at the airport and they didn’t have the gall to come and tell us anything after waiting 20 minutes. This was Thanksgiving morning. It is now a week later and I still don’t have a refund. Will never go to their establishment again.
About 6 weeks ago, I was on a layover home from Aruba and I missed my flight. I also lost my phone in Aruba, so I was traveling with no phone. I stopped at the Starbucks right outside of the gates and they were closing, Bianca the manager literally was amazing. She allowed me to use her personal iPad to rebook my flight and listened to me rant and whine for about 10 minutes. I am so grateful for her, her customer service was also amazing. She was closing while still making sure I was ok. I’ve been trying to get around to this review for weeks because people aren’t that kind anymore and I needed to let Starbucks know that she was amazing!
Me and my friend travel to new york, we stopped at terminal c to ordered coffee. Frist, the one took my order very racism. Second, Second thing she asked me more than three times about my order and still got it wrong. We wait for over 25mints to have a coffee. then went up to ask another employee and she looked at me with horror in her eyes then said I could go back to the counter and refund.
Needed a pick me up before traveling home and I normally don’t stop at the Starbucks at the airport but needed something. The young lady at the cashier Chanel was wonderful. She helped me with my order and the ladies made it so delicious!! They get so busy in the airport that I could imagine how stressful things can get.
