Great costumer service with great service with employees
Please educate your employees on the importance of decaf when someone orders it. A small Starbucks stop while shopping ended up with a hospital trip for my mother.
They don't have any ingredients or information on the products that they sale Vegetarian options: No vegan options. The staff just says no without even checking or asking the managers
They charge over $5 per coffee and the girls says they don't take any bills bigger than a $20? Can't wait for Juan Valdez to open a store here, they will kick Starbucks and its about time
What a gem! So much better than the other Starbucks in the mall that’s always packed. The employees were really nice and even gave me a surprise pupuccino without me asking! Very clean area and they have a lot of places to sit which wrap around the Starbucks.
30 min to make junk coffee, Frappuccino girl needs to go back to barista u..... melted & watered down, Paid extra for a shot of espresso never got it, Every frap drink was made incorrectly....
Clearly the staff doesn’t have to impress corporate with sales. Took 25 minutes for them to make a pink drink with sweet cream foam. I made the mistake of looking around the store while My 13 year old daughter waited. They took advantage of her by serving other people that came after but were ‘getting to it’. Shameful, poorly trained (3 teenagers standing around talking) and inefficient.
