Staff made my family and I feel extremely welcome. They wanted to make sure we had a great experience and we definitely did! Host helped us take a photo since they weren't busy when we went. Once they realized my family members were more comfortable speaking Spanish, they made an effort to speak it to them as well. Overall very lovely, and I'd go to this location again

Made me wait 25 minutes for a job interview and they never showed up

The portions used to be a lot bigger, I get the same thing every time (four cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken) and normally after filling up on my plate, I leave with another portion of food for leftovers. They skimped me, and my husband’s meal as well, yet the prices remain increasing for less food.

* UPDATE * 2/27 - It took a little more time than truly acceptable in todays time, with email and all, to return communication from management. They have sent a reimbursement to make things right, so I will visit a DIFFERENT location as I offered to return and re-review with NO response from their management. So, I will go somewhere else and provide a review of a different location. Find that one soon! * UPDATE * 2/20 Emailed me, Emailed back informing of willingness to have them make right and visit to re-evaluate. NO RESPONSE! Email sent to corporate for review of this franchisee’s leadership and responses. * UPDATE * 1/28/24.. Still NO contact from ANYONE at Applebee’s to apologize for POOR SERVICE.. Not a peep! Don’t eat somewhere that they DO NOT CARE if things aren’t right…. You deserve better. So many other choices…. What's worse than slow service, then food comes out wrong 3Xs and then the response to the issue is, ohhhhh sorry about that, again, must have got it mixed up. ? When the device that you pay on asks you if you had an issue while there and would you like to be contacted, and then NOTHING! That's what worse. As a pretty good food reviewer, I can tell you where a place to visit is and a place to NOT... Sorry Applebee's you lose here BIG TIME! The place at lunch time mind you, was pretty much bare bones empty, you can trust me to not find out the hard way why that is. The picture with the tomato is the tomato that was first asked NOT to be added to burger, then when it cam out and had the tomato and pickle asked to be excluded and sent back... Was returned with, well you guessed it, tomato AGAIN. I will give it to the inept cook in back, they removed the pickle, so theres that. But the tomato was then supposed to be removed again, to only be on the bottom of the burger UNDER the patty and was then bitten into. Just a joke. The pasta had been brought out with the chicken BARELY drizzled with sauce and asked to be REDONE with actual sauce needed and pictured as advertised. Only to then be brought back out, now that much colder to the touch. Water cups ran empty for 10+ minutes before server came to refill. Overall, just a real poor experience and poor quality of food. NOT A FAN! Better choice next door at California Pizza Kitchen.

First time having Applebee's. I came expecting food and a clean restaurant. I left amazed of the attentiveness of my server. Josie went far above, I left not just with my left overs. But she me home with my left over drink. She was concerned that I stay hydrated. Thank you so much Josie.
