Starbucks

This location has no clue what they are doing. Messed up the entire order.

Honestly, I don’t have much coffee options near me, so I always get starbucks since it’s convenient; but every time I order a drink (almost everyday) they always messed up on my I order, sometimes they would forget syrup, use wrong type of milk, texture of cold foam is always off, … tastes are always off… Im not expecting each drink to taste perfect but wish they can be more mindful on making each drinks,, I understand it gets busy but still, we pay for our drinks,, Also, it seems like baristas doesn’t follow specific recipe, if so, why coffee tastes so different on every order? I rly wish for improvement because these coffees aren’t cheap!!

Very inconsistent, the drinks will taste either very good or really bad. They also fill your cup with ice and barely give you any of the real drink, it’s like i’m paying for ice at this point. I understand that you can customize the ice level, but for a drink that you can’t, it’s still not the right thing to do.

Starbucks is Starbucks. I have never had a problem with my orders. 9 out of 10 times it is made correctly. Understandably this is an extremely busy store. But the wait time can be a but excessive. I have placed my to go order 5-10 prior to arriving. And still waited an additional 15 in the store. 20-25 min for coffee and a croissant is a bit much. I puck and choose when I can wait.

Was recently here and saw someone named Debbie be very rude to an uber driver just for asking a question. As a fellow uber driver I have experienced rudeness here before. Today I was a customer however. I just turned and walked out. The uber drivers are delivering your food and helping you out as well. During the lockdown, we were your lifeline. This was not called for in the least bit. Shame on you Debbie....uber drivers are not like you, they don't get paid for waiting for an order...they get paid for making deliveries so you don't have to be nasty for him asking a question of about how long before it's ready, especially since he was waiting a while already.
