I order one ice shake Espresso with salt foam , first time I got my coffee there no form on the top, I wonder is they too busy forgot(not first happened), so I come back ask them, it’s has foam right, they said yes, just because the foam drop off to the bottom, bro, I just order 2min before, ok! The guy said if you want I can add a bit foam on the top, so I said if you don’t mind, just a little bit is fine, at the end, he gives me back almost whole bottle foam, even on my cover!!!! Now, I have to throw my coffee… it’s really unbelievable

I ordered a couple of things to eat and drink (so it was a big order) and the girl working there, probably manager, told the guy to not give more than 2 tissues. The gesture put me off completely. Either Starbucks is struggling or the staff (management) is petty and unkind to the other staff. Whatever is was very off putting.

Mal servicio, pedí el sanitario ya que mi bebé de 2 años le tenía que cambiar el pañal, y un chico que habla español no me dejó pasar!! Me gritó y me dijo que no a pesar que solo iba a cambiar el pañal a mi bebé mal servicio

Such a nice and clean Starbucks! A special shoutout to Ryan who is ALWAYS so kind, accommodating and pleasant. Thank you Ryan!!! Their entire staff is so welcoming and warm!

Usually a very welcoming attentive group of staff behind the counter NOT today. No “good morning” when anyone walked in and I was standing at the register to place an order, with one customer behind, and we looked at each other and we were like what’s going on. In an effort to get service I called out asking for who the manager is. It took about THREE shoutouts for one of the TWO managers on duty to respond. I asked what’s going on…no welcome acknowledgement upon entering, no acknowledgement standing at the counter and having to call out for a manager, when one of the two staff persons standing with her back to us clearly saw us waiting, to place orders. I come into this location 1-2 times a week and know what the protocol is. Silence from staff upon entering is not it. It appears that everyone got the message as all staff are going overboard with saying good morning. I guess they got the message. ‍♀️
