The girl at the service needs some training on how to provide a good service to customer. I don’t know for what reason she was showing the attitude.I visited this location on Saturday April 30th around 9pm. The guy at the service was friendly and good.

Star sucks! A simple latte is not worth a 30 mins wait! Had to go back to register to get a refund because I was tired of waiting - and the lady unapologetically offered the refund while keeping the tip I had paid while paying for the order. So, effectively - she wanted a tip for taking the order, making the customer wait for 30 mins and then cancelling the order. Great business model!!
