Why the hell does a mobile order get priority over my in person order? Why is the barista making 20 mobile orders before my 2 second drink? It’s ridiculous.
Shoutout to Jada and Ann for holding it down on a busy Saturday night. Though the food and coffee is pretty standard, the hospitality was quite welcome on a cold and snowy night. Give them a raise and promotion!
The team here is incredibly warm and inviting. I wanted to shoutout Ann in particular. I come in often before work and Ann always knows my order and takes the time to ask how my day has been. They always go above what their job description is as baristas. Thank you Ann for making my day today!
No dark roast coffee around 12 o’clock!! I asked for pour over. They showed no effort to help. They said they couldn’t make it bcuz they didn’t have “coffee filter!!!”

This WAS a great Starbucks. Very friendly and accommodating, but now they CLOSED the bathroom to patrons. We are drinking COFFEE....hello! Also, there is an old man with a top hat that is just rude and insensitive. A customer asked for a refill and he gave her the third degree when she had been sitting by her computer working and sipping. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it. This clown with the top hat held up the entire line staring at the ice-filled drink with residual coffee lying at the bottom. She showed him her mobile order and he smirked at her. RUDE!!!
