I made a pickup order and 35 MINUTES after the order was still not ready. I kept going up and saying my name and getting told it was coming up. And didn't even get the latte I ordered...

I bought two coffees and they were about to close. I wanted two banana nuggets and the staff started cleaning where they were with chemicals. They made fun of my accent since I'm Latin. The manager noticed and came out to talk to me in Spanish and explained to me what they were going to do. What was wrong was someone else, not the ones at the counter, I think it was terrible service from the staff.

Walking into the cafe the team said hello and greeted from across the bar. That is where the good experience ended. Cafe is super dirty. Trash on tables, floor, overflowing trash. Ordered my drink. While waiting watched a barista wipe her face and nose with her hand and then continue to make drinks and touch lids. I was handed my drink and the barista also touched the sip part of my lid. I asked for a new lid and she rolled her eyes. Her name tag said Dess. I would rather walk farther for a cleaner nicer cafe.

I had written a pretty disappointing review a while ago. I must say that this store has changed a lot. Vickie (sorry if spelling is incorrect) is so on top of things when the store is at its busiest. The atmosphere is completely different. My egg bites are always hot now. My coffee, iced or hot, is perfection. And I have not been misgendered or "she"ed since those few incidents a while back. I am aware that another very close shop closed (34th and Park), and their client base has since increased exponentially...but they are killing it! Shout out to Samantha Pasinkoff, the store manager, as well. Lookie! I made customer of the week!!
