Fast drive thru for a birthday drink and couple quick bites. Service was friendly and fast.
What a joy to see Silvia and Wilson when I visited a few days back. They are some of my favorite Starbucks folks ever. Thank you for the hugs, and thank you for making my Americano just right.
I ordered a double shot of espresso on the mobile app and it said that it would be ready in about 8 minutes, with traffic I got there after the 8 minutes and still had to wait for my order. This is a really busy store, so it’s understandable. However, as I waited for my order, the manager, Silvia, was nasty to her employees and even yelled at a customer for asking for their order. She told the customer to leave if they didn’t like her rudeness. Very unprofessional. The employees seem to dislike their jobs because of their manager. Getting in and out of this place is hectic; the parking spots are right where the drive-thru lane ends, very high traffic. The order was correct and the espresso was good.
0 stars…. unacceptable service, terrible experience. On a Thursday morning, I was in the drive through and the Barista gave me a grande cup full of coffee spills. It not being the first time. I asked, for a napkin then I had Wilson, a Starbucks supervisor yell at me, asking me to move out the drive way. No education and no manners. I contacted Starbucks headquarters and they refund me back my money I spent that week. There is a case open and they are seeing the cameras on how a supervisor yelled at me… I’m driving extra miles to avoid this location.
STOP USING THE WRONG ENTRANCE TO THE DRIVE THRU IDIOTS!! almost every day they cause a mess like this!!
