I asked one of the staff if they had ketchup for the sandwich I ordered and he looked at me then looked down and shook his head in response. The guy who took my order also did not say thank you or smile once after I waited in line for 20 minutes. My breakfast sandwich was also very cold. Overall horrible experience. Every single worker looked very unapproachable and annoyed. I’ve heard Starbucks prides itself on their customer service but they’ve completely 100% failed at this location in this horrible airport.
I was waiting in line 30 (thirty!!!) minutes. At an airport store. Unacceptable and unbelievable. Only one cash register was open, and Garbens was super slow and taking his time. Drink came quite fast though, but I was super stressed to lose my flight. Being a supervisor for Starbucks for 13 years, this is really unacceptable.
It's the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Super inefficient, the staff look bored and they are not attentive. A manager should look into hiring more staff and run the store more efficiently.
Parking: It's inside the secure area of the terminal... So parking sucks Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
The slowest Starbucks in existence with rude staff that move as slow as they can seemingly on purpose.
Buen lugar para el brunch
By far the worst Starbucks I have been to. Extremely long wait, the staff is confused, the orders are incomplete and have to be redone. Food was cold by the time I finally got the coffee. Everyone around that day was experiencing the same issues. I don't understand how they can get this confused with the ordering system they have.
