Spotless facilities and good service

I placed a mobile order of my usual. When I arrived, the drink had whipped cream and looked very watery. When I asked for them to remove it and why it was watery, the barista just said this is the way the drinks are coming out. Never offered to remake it. $8.00 down the drain. Parking is horrible too.
