It's a nice little Coffee shop that is located near where I live. The people who work here are nice and very friendly.
I work nearby and often come by before work to grab a drink or a bite to eat. The baristas are all very attentive and a few of them have started recognizing me and it makes me feel valued as a customer. Plus the drinks are always made to perfection!
This is how a Starbucks should be run. Easy ordering process. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. And they accepted cash.
Chai latte yesterday, Cafe latte day before. Early open, easy to get into, no lines kinda hidden.
Just tried to get some bagels and a coffee. The employee purposely ignored my family and I. Then when she finally responded she had a attitude. When you are on the clock you are being paid to help and talk to customers. If you fail to do this your business will fail too!! Very disappointed since this is my Go to Starbucks. If I don't feel welcomed then I am surely not spending/wasting my time or money. People remember how you treat them!!
Took too long to get our two Americanos. After we got the first one our two were placed on the counter. The barista took the first one back and gave to a drive-thru customer as we were leaving.
Gloria and the team delivered the best in customer service during our trip this morning. The store carries a chill, calming vibe that one would hope to receive in the early morning hours. Not only that, our drinks were SO GOOD. That first sip was delightful! This store truly embodies the Starbucks experience. Thanks Gloria and team! We will be back!
