Slow and awful customer service… 30 minute wait for a latte, when complained barista said “there is a wait you should know”…

Let me become a manager for the Starbucks here, I've read the bad reviews. I'd be watching and seeing who's doing their job right. I hate bad customer service just as much as the customers. Sooo... Please let me be the manager.
JACOB B refused me a 10 cents cup discount when I brought my own tumbler in because he said it had to be a "Starbucks branded" mug. Every day, the other employees here give me this discount for helping the environment. The corporate policy IN WRITING does not limit the discount to Starbucks cups, and when I showed him he said "well we don't answer to the corporate Starbucks because we aren't affiliated with them, and our in house policy is that you have to use a Starbucks branded cup" - he was more determined to lose my business than to lose 10 cents. I hope you also don't bring your business here.
The new staff have forgotten the importance of handling orders with care. The other day I cancelled an order after I witness the barrister handeling the tea bags with her hands and not with the prongs that clearly sat near the tea bags for use. I’ve also noticed that another barrister, whom after they dropped a customers cup on the floor, pick it up and used it to complete the order.
