I always order for my self and some friends all the time, so why would I all of a sudden switch up my order from a large to a small outta the blue I know I said large but I guess the cashier hear what they wanted to hear... Long story short ALWAYS CONFIRM YOUR ORDER BEFORE PAYING...

Yeah that's a Starbucks with a drive through. One table full of guys in scrum on their laptops, someone running a call center from the single desks, friendly staff clearly under pressure.
