Starbucks

Didn't provide cup sleeves on scalding hot coffee. Service was questioning us on a sale through the app. Staff just seem immature and rude.

Today a gentleman works here we asked for a soy chi and said clearly with soy milk had regular milk we asked to get it changed got mad we clearly asked it with soy milk if he doesn't want to work there why work there if he isn't going to do his job correctly let me do it instead he was wearing a mask I wasn't able to see the name these workers get paid to do simple job throw a fit when it's done wrong if you've listen the first time there wouldn't be a mistake. These workers need better training or something

The people that work here seem to genuinely care!

Dietary restrictions: They have several different drinks choices with various types of coffies and milk additives. Parking: Decent lot, just not a ton of spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is. Flat entrance.

UPDATED: So far the Starbucks Stores that I have went to are wonderful. And when one of the drinks were made wrong, I was told by multiple stores that you can get it remade at a different store. And when I worked at Starbucks, I remade other people’s drinks that were made wrong as well (If they were from a different store or not) I bought a drink from a Starbucks near my work, and didn’t try it until I was almost home. I went to this Starbucks to ask for it to be remade, and they said it is not their policy to remake a Starbucks Drink from a different store The next day I went to a different Starbucks and told them what happened. They remade my drink for me — Maybe I caught that other lady at a bad time and she was just stressed or something

Must of waited for 30 minites and i was the inly person inside must of seen about 20 drive thru cars after me get served before they got to mine

I love Starbucks and usually order from this location because it's close to work. But I am willing to drive out of my way to another location due to bad service. I always order ahead on the app so I can just run in and out( because I am always running late but can't live without my Starbucks) but this last time I went was the last straw. My drink wasn't ready but ok I said I'll wait. Once she sat my drink down and called my name I was surprised to see it was only half full. 7 something for a venti when she only gave me a tall worth. I was in too much of a hurry to make a fuss so I just grabbed my drink and left. Ps. And no it ain't because the fom settled I literally saw her make it. An no it ain't because I ordered it without ice or anything weird like that. I refuse to pay full price for half the drink. Will not be happy going back to this location.

One the worst starbucks my wife and I been too. It's our third time been there and every time, it's aways been terrible experience with our drinks. When you ask for extra hot, you ecept a sleeve for your drink, no they say it cost .10 cent. Today I received a drink tast sour. We will never go back this starbucks.
