Dunkin'

This location goes above and beyond every time I've visited. Today they made me a special request donut on the fly and it was the best donut, and service I've ever gotten at a Dunkin. Thanks guys!

Today my service was amazing from the crew today. They were so nice to my son and was patient with us. Got me a great coffee. But man was I upset that the system didn't give me a option to tip from my card. And I didn't have cash to tip. I see everyone working so hard and was so nice. Why wasn't I able to give them a tip from my card?! Ridiculous... but anyways I will be back with cash. Thank you to this dunkin donuts crew for working so hard and still having a smile. I appreciate you guys.

Interesting, they don't take American Express. Outside Costco, I've never had issues with a place not taking my card.

Drive thru worker clearly doesn’t know The menu . I was ordering off the menu and the man had no idea what the heck I was telling him so I had to pull up to the window with a photo screenshot of the menu and he was absolutely rude the entire time so I just left and had great service at Starbucks down the road

Drive through left multiple items out from the order and took multiple trips inside to complete. Food was stale, they we're out of ingredients, bagel was burnt. Employees seem stoned and confused.
