I screwed up my own order and they were nice enough to fix it for me. My fault, and I felt like an idiot, but they didn't make me feel like a Karen lol

im begging for you to adjust the estimated wait times if its not going to be ready when the mobile app specifies. placed an order at 10:40, said it would be ready at 10:50. i had to be at work by 11 but since it's right next door it's not an issue. got there at 10:53, and the drink was still not ready. i waited and waited until past 11, and it was finally ready at 11:10 but only because i asked the barista about the status of my order. a 20 minute way after the estimated time is kinda ridiculous. but the drink was delicious and the barista who looks like jack antonoff is king

Horrible wait times & they make your drink as they see fit, not based on the order that you were in line.

They’re never very friendly at this location. It’s very much just order takers. I replied nicely to the person ringing me up recently, yes ma’am thank you. She huffed loudly, rudely. Apparently, she didn’t like me saying, thank you ma’am. Showing kindness and thanks, got me in huge trouble with this person. She was mad with me thanking her, imagine that.
