The food was delicious

I waited 45 min. Paid 26.00 orders steak salad medium. Drove 20 min home in pouring rain to find literally a rare steak so rare it might as well been raw. I’m so angry Abd disappointed that after all. That I got to eat a salad I could have made at home. Tried to call but so busy I was left on hold. I could have gone to rosters got a salad 6xs better for half the price. Last time I’ll be at this location. Thanks for making it right. On with you didn’t

It’s really shocking customer service. We decided to go celebrate a birthday but we are really regretting our choice. I’m giving a 1 star because the cheap management (Ryan) and customer service (Victoria). We had made a reservation (12 people) got there and still had to wait over a hour, waiting wasn’t the problem, all the problem stared when our server Victoria was rushing us tru our food because she said that her section was closing already and she wanted to leave (keep in mind the restaurant closes at 10, it was 8:40 when we let her know the rest of our party were still coming) but she proceed to tell us that she was only waiting for us to leave. Our table was small for the amount of people for our party so we asked if we could have another table in the meanwhile that we were trying to accommodate our setting situation the rest of our party were sitting in the car waiting for us to give them the green light to come in, at first she said “if the table in front leaves they can sit there if y’all aren’t finished yet but if y’all finish eating they can’t set there” we decided to put their food order in that way it would make it easier and faster, for her and us, the table in front leaves we continue to ask about the table, she refused, giving us the option of finishing our meals, paid with her and get on the wait list again to get a new table with everyone together she proceed to ask how we wanted the checks and asked who was going to paid for the To Go order we told her it’s NOT a To Go it is for here she said “ohh I heard it was to go don’t worried I will fix it and put it for here” but continue bring it out packed to go anyways, at that moment we ask for the manager, wanting a solution but when Ryan (the manager) comes we told him everything that happen and follows to say “yes indeed that table is closed” “I’m going to get her” walks away and never comes back, from our table we could see them talking and looking at the screen of the computer for more then 10 min, we never got a answer until one of my friends had to get up go towards them to see what was going on, which he answer that he will send a new server over but never went to apologies for the experience. Overall it was just awful, never got a table for the rest of us honestly never coming back!

Food was great along with the staff.

This location has gone down the drain, used to be a great restaurant but now I'd rather go to another location. They always have a 1-2 hour wait, they have like 30 people in the front doing nothing, and when you actually get sat down the waiters never actually give any service? I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt coming here 2 more times after my first bad experience but it's only gotten worse than before.
