Stopped for a coffee during my long drive and Bryce took my order. He was not only professional but personable and genuine. My first time at this location was a very positive one.
Open on Christmas day! Very grateful. Workers were racing getting orders out as quick as possible because they were closing early for the holiday. I really appreciate that they were open and still smiling and nice
Starbucks has been advertising the free hot chocolate all month for a December promotion. I use the mobile app for all purchases which is typically 2-3 times a week. I ordered the qualifying beverage and sent my husband to pickup my order. When he inquired about the free hot chocolate they informed him that they needed the receipt......FOR A MOBILE ORDER. I sent him back with the receipt from my app. The store would still not honor the promotion. I then downloaded the app to my husband's device and for the next 2 pickups, they still would not honor the promotion. When I called the store the manager he informed me that I had to add the drink to the app to apply the discount. But I asked him if I just walked in and ordered a drink, would he honor the promotion and he said yes. He also informed me that in the event is not added to the mobile order you could present a receipt and they will honor the promotion, which they did not three times. When I told him about them denying the promotion three times and me wanting to come to the store and present my receipt for my missing hot cocoa, he told me that it was nothing he could do about it. Needless to say, I called corporate about the manager BRYCE. I spend $50 a week on Starbucks and you can't give me a free $3 hot cocoa WHICH WAS THEIR PROMOTION!!
