Starbucks

This is my go to Starbucks and for the most part it is always great. I like coming here because they are always spot on their timing and their quality of drinks. I always mobile order ahead. Today was unfortunately a let down. My drink was ready 10 minutes past my expected time and it was not busy. The baristas, two of whom I haven't seen before, were just hanging out, talking, laughing and moving slowly even after I asked if my order was coming up it seemed like the girl barista was purposely making my drink slowly because I asked about it

Love their bakery items but the drinks are OK, not great. However, we come to Starbucks mainly for the ambience.

Beautiful Area.. One of my favorite Starbucks drive through locations and patio views across the street from,"Strawberry Farms"..

REALLY enjoy this neighborhood Starbucks, which has a nice, cozy, unrushed ambiance, with it's pleasant and well-decored outdoor patio away from the bustling traffic on University.

This is one of my go to Starbucks in the area and normally service is good. Today, I ordered a white hot chocolate with peppermint for my Fiance. When the barista handed me the drink she called it a white hot chocolate “mocha” with peppermint. I let her know that I didn’t order mocha because she can’t have caffeine for health reasons. She seemed a bit upset that I mentioned that and rudely repeated again this is a white hot chocolate mocha. I said I didn’t order mocha for a second time. She then says it doesn’t have mocha. I drive off and we open the drink and it’s not even white hot chocolate. Be better next time Barista…

01/20/24 Kudos to Nolan for providing an excellent customer experience by making our drink exactly how we wanted it. We thought it could not be done, but he did it!! Kudos!!! 11/16/23 George, Starbucks Manager, deserves a kudos!! He provides great customer service and resolves issues promptly. 9/28/23 Kudos to Delaney!! She provided excellent customer service...made my drink happen exactly how I enjoy it! 3/2023**** Baristas keeps amazing me with their customers service. Kevin is so friendly having a great smile along with providing a customer an excellent friendly experience. Awesome store!!! 2020****New Starbucks is very nice, comfi sitting area, plenty of parking. Customer service is great, everyone was nice and roaming security officer was very polite. Update 6/15/21 Debbie provided great customer!! I had my order mixed up, tapped too quick, and I couldn't correct it on the Starbucks app. Debbie corrected it without hesitation even when my original order was already completed. Great job!! I'll be back soon..... Update 8/28/21 A barista gave us great customer service. Their store was closed early on Sunday eve, so I walked thru their drivethru with my pup . It felt funny, and probably I looked funny too.. Debbie always provides an outstanding customer experience. Kudos to Debbie!!
