Nothing Bundt Cakes

You can't sit and eat a bundt cake there. It's take out only.

I requested for my cake to be chilled and my cake upon arrival was not chilled it was in fact sitting out. The cashiers excuse was that pick up time was 330 and so they kicked my cake out. I’ve never experienced that in any other nothing Bundt. Also my cake was lop sided and falling supposedly they fixed my cake and in fact they didn’t fix it because the cake fell. I’ve never had any problems previously in any over my orders. Upsetting, unprofessional and lazy! I would not recommend this location! Good thing I bought this box for $1 so I could separate my cake after it was ruined.

I never thought i’d be giving this local business a 1 star review. Let’s get down to reason behind my rating. Today 8/17 I decided to pick a 10” cake for my sweet co worker’s Birthday. I have always been a fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes because of how rich their cakes are. I had rushed on my break to pick it up a 10” not realizing I had been given an 8” cake instead. When preparing the cake for our office gathering I realized this would not be enough cake for our office. This had to be a miss understanding. My co worker was kind enough to call in hoping for a solution. At least swapping the 8” for a 10” was accepted. Yes you read that right swapping. Come to find out when I drove back to the business with the 8” cake they swapped it and I asked politely, what will you do with the swapped one? The worker replied we are throwing it away. I said said oh no that’s would be wasteful. Can I perhaps buy it’s from you at a discounted rate since we had opened the box? The corker responded no that’s our policy. (throw food away got it) To my surprise the policy is no we only swap and toss the unwanted cake apparently. Even though I offered to buy it. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t buy it nor keep it they would rather throw it to the trash. This is how you loose business. Finding out their policy was bad enough the service of the employees I received was unpleasant. I had spent so much of my time and my beak trying to fix the mistake they had made not an apology was given. That being said they threw it away and gave me the 10” along with coupons. So here I think it’s taken care of. I find out the cake is completely frozen and the coupons have been used the dates have been marked with a black sharpie and we can’t even use those!!! What a horrible experience I have had. Not only that my entire office now has the same experience. Please be advice this is an entire business you have no affected with this service. Please do better!

Their strawberry creamcheese and oreo were too sweet for me, but the red velvet is my go-to! The staff are always welcoming and sweet~

미국식 케이크가 먹어보고 싶어서 찾아갔는데 너무너무 맛있었어요. 초코초코케이크 꼭 드세요. 직원도 친절하고, 처음 먹은 뒤에 더먹고싶어져서 한번 더 감. 레몬과 당근맛도 맛있었는데 초코가 제일 맛있음 위에 올라가는 크림은 달기만 한게 아니라 아아아주 살짝 산미가 잇음.

My mom got me this cake for my birthday. It was so festive and "tacky" in the best way possible. It was wearing it's own birthday hat too, which made me tear up a little. My birthday was on a Monday (work day), but seeing this little guy made it a little brighter. It was delicious and even my dad liked it which was a big surprise since he doesn't usually like sweets. Thanks!

The staff are just as amazing as their cakes!! The employees are always friendly and helpful. The cakes come in various flavors, all of which are so tasty and moist! This bakery is definitely my #1 go-to place for cake!!!
