I ordered a grande English Breakfast tea and received Earl Grey (which I don't like). When I inquired, they said they ran out of English Breakfast (why not letting me know when I ordered?) and if I don't want Earl Grey I can get Chai. I agreed but only later realized that they put only one tea bag instead of two, petty.
