Chipotle Mexican Grill

Thank you Chipotle for making me dislike you more and more and have convinced me to stop giving you my money. Husband and I went in on a Friday afternoon and I interacted with 3 employees. One on the dining area, and two behind the counter. The one prepping my bowl was rude. Super impatient with my order. Not to mention the portions were very small and when asked to put a little more, got charged extra. The guac looked very old and the portion of the vinaigrette was about a 1/2 teaspoon. Upon paying, the female at the register was also rude and laughed about something with the female that just served our food. What’s the matter chipotle? Smaller portions, higher prices, rude staff and dirty restrooms? Yea not worth the $50 I spent.

Got food poisoning from this Chipotle. In hindsight shouldn’t have eaten the bowl I got as I was already concerned with the lack of cleanliness. Noticed significant cross contamination between ingredients. Staff was dumping ingredients into eachother and spilling items into other items. Especially concerning was the meat being poured into the vegetarian items. Service was also extremely slow. Submitted a review to the corporate support and got back a clearly automated response about “ensuring we are properly wrapping our burritos”.

Honestly I was reading the reviews and didn't know if I wanted to go here but my friend told me she liked it and never had a problem there so I went got lunch for me and my mom. It wasn't crowded it was pretty clean service was awesome food was great I was very pleased I will go again $32 was great for 2people

I'm not sure what was wrong with the chick preparing my food, but she was really rude and even slammed my food down on the counter. Here just a few minutes ago, on my way home. I worked retail and food service, so I know how it can be, but don't take your anger out on people who didn't project it first. That's just ignorant.

The worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been here multiple times. Staff is always very rude. Lots of snarky comments about clients. The food is always either very salty or very spicy. Just terrible.

Taco was EXCELLENT! ️ ️ Will come back here definitely next time

….To start off, they had one black girl working a long line who clearly looked like a high school student. I dealt terrible for her, her manger was telling her that she gave me to much chicken but literally gave me barley any. This wasn’t the first time and she’s treated other black workers this way the last time I went! DO NOT EAT HERE
