Worst Starbucks experience ever...... I'm not arguing back and forth over ice. None of my hot drinks are half full and if I order a non hot drink with no ice I expect it a full cup for $6.25. I'm not tipping 20% or more for half cup drinks. Take note from your cousin Starbucks located up and down the road who deliver EXACTLY what I order. IM NOT PAYING FOR ICE STARBUCKS!!!!

This is a nice clean Starbucks. Good location right off of 465 and N. Michigan Road/421. Spacious, friendly service, well-trained staff.

I come into this location very often, so often that nearly all staff know me by first name. The service, food, and environment alike are all wonderful. I’ve never been in for a drink/quick bite and felt unwelcome in any way! Come check this new indy Starbucks out
