The food was cold. We asked the young lady if the onion rings and fries were fresh when we saw her grab the ones sitting there since we walked in. We asked and were charged for extra onion and pickle. Never got it. Bathroom was so nasty it looked like no one had cleaned in days. Someone spilled something on the floor and no one picked it up the whole time we dined in. This was the worst dine-in experience ever. I would never recommend this place.

Order 2 whopper combo's food was cold. Three of the 4 monitors with menu item's & soda dispenser didn't work had to look at a printed menu. No ketchup packets and no coca-cola soda. Not a great experience.

very unprofessional & unwilling to hire decent people … the store manager is a lazy has been & literally a hater towards any employee who receives more attention than her . ex employee here hated it but lasted 10 months - clearly the reviews tell it all . the crews just get worse seems like - we were barely making it when i was there and thats just how that store operates.

Nothing special, what you expect from a local BK... Pop machine not working.

Loser employee wanted attitude, now I'm going after his career lol, see you guys soon

Telling customers you can't take orders except online isnt acceptable why stay open
