This review is about this location and not about Starbucks everyone knows about Starbucks. The staff here is very friendly and hardworking, they are some of the nicest people I have met.
There is this latina in there (I am too) super bad attitude. Not sure what her issue is. Rolling her eyes at people like why? What for? There is something going on in that store if they are allowed to treat guests like that. I did talk to the store manager but the girl came up ready to fight. Talking back and acting like a b with an itch. Idk what is going on in there but she needs to get checked before another incident happens at Starbucks that causes bad publicity. Like I don’t even know this girl to be treated like that.
Ordered a caramel machiato and it was not good at all. I have ordered the same drink from multiple other locations and I was never disappointed.
This review is NOT based on specific location! When I put "Starbucks corporate reviews" This is where it brought me. I'm just writing about a few fusses lately. I have ordered the same beverage for 3 years. Same size, same way. The size I order I only get half the espresso shots of what it would normally have. I'm always confused why most places charge accordingly (less) than drink cost as a result 9f that. However, others still charge full cost. Fuss number two.. No more almond croissants!? Fuss number three.. The holiday Starbucks for life game. Once you get all the holiday lights... 9 out of 10 of my spins are "Sorry, no winner, try again" That is so not cool folks! A multi billion dollar franchise. At Very least, could offer 1, 2, 3 points to our accounts. I'm very disappointed in this 'greedy' holiday experience.
