My drink was done really fast, however I wanted a straw & I stood in front of one of the workers for 5 mins & I could tell the lady that was working was ignoring me. What makes it worse is that I said “excuse me” 2 time’s extremely loud & was still ignored!! A young blonde lady who I’m assuming was on break got up from the lobby & gave me a straw from behind the counter. I can understand Starbucks seems like a very stressful job but it wasn’t busy at all.
I love this Starbucks. They are always prompt and nice.

This is the worst location, the worst Starbucks there can be. I like Starbucks but this location can not get it together.
I am an every day visitor and for the last 3 weeks it has been horrible including Today...it seems as if they are just hiring anybody!!!!
Service at the 95th and Western store was poor today. The young lady seem to have an attitude in general. I will try to avoid this store at all cost. The Starbucks on 103rd and longwood or 95th and Ashland has better service. Also I had to reminder here to add the Carmel to my Carmel Machittao. I have had bad experience before ar this store. I was given them a chance only because they have a drive thru. I will not make that mistake again.
The last time I went here we had to wait 45 minutes for our online order that was supposed to only take 8 minutes. Most people ordering at the counter were going in and out while we had to wait forever. The food and drinks were good, but the service was horrible. I will likely never come back here.
