My co-worker and I are lucky enough to come here every morning. I want to give a huge recognition and shout out to the baristas Kelsey and Randall. They go above and beyond to ensure our drinks are made correctly every time, and are happy to remake if needed. Kelsey asks about our other staff members, takes the time to write our names on the cup, and shows an exceptional level of genuine care and service. They brighten my morning and I appreciate the job they do.

This location is always aggressively understaffed with a high turnover rate. The guy who is currently working reminds me of Zack Galifianakis. I’ve never seen a slower barista in my life. It feels like I’m on a prank TV show every time I get in line. Please get these people some more help.
This location at the Target on Hampden is sooo bad. They’ve messed up multiple orders, charged me instead of using my stars and the most resent is half filling my cup.
Worst Starbucks !! I ordered flat white .they just made” whole milk” I recommend everyone one test your order before go. Some employees have no idea to doing coffee. Very disappointed

I had some journals I just bought for work using a work credit card and my friend venmoed me $5 to get a coffee so I went to this Starbucks. I get to the counter order and look for my card and forgot it at home and said I'm sorry I left my card at home I have to cancel my order. She didnt even heat up my sandwich or make my drink yet. She immediately rolled her eyes and made it a big deal I apologized again and she didn't say anything. She had blonde hair and was working on October 11th at 1:30. She ruined my good mood needed to vent.
