The quality of Jimmy John's has gone down significantly in the last few years. I ordered delivery on Saturday. As other reviews stated, it took an exceptionally long time to get my food. They didn't knock or notify me that my food had been delivered. Then they didn't give me the correct items. Then the worst part of all, I got the most severe case of food poisoning I have ever had a few hours later. I'll save you the graphic details, but it was awful. You just lost a customer!

Avoid this place for lunchtime during the school year or come early around 10:30-11. The high schoolers come here during their lunch break and it’s pretty much a cafeteria that. Expect yelling and screaming and normal high school shenanigans. Staff are friendly and work quickly, food is definitely at or above Jimmy John’s standards. Go to What a Sub not far from here in the DTC. Best subs in town for less.

Came here to share my experience about my delivery order getting canceled because they don't have a delivery driver. Reading all the bad reviews over the last few months. You should probably change management at this store. I won't order here again. You can save your copy and paste response to leave feedback elsewhere.

Wow Angel just called my 30 minutes after I placed my delivery order to tell me they don't have a delivery driver. I have so many issues at this location. Don't come here!

There's one thing you can always bet about Jimmy John's, they will always get your order wrong.

Ordered 5 sandwiches for delivery, gave 20% for driver. They completely left a sandwich out. Put a half portion of meat on the #7 we ordered. Didn't even have time to cut the pickle one more time. They wouldn't answer the phone when we tried to call in to get it fixed. Had to drive over there in person and haggle for the rest of the order because it was just soo inconvenient. Looked like they were fully staffed so we're not sure why they're having trouble keeping up. Find a different store
