Apparently when you ask for extra whip cream so they don’t give you don’t get a full cup of coffee. $6 for the price of $8.

Sunday morning crew Sunday March 24th 530 am) a white guy with a beard and a ladie with long hair. Was terrible.They left me standing at the door for like 5 minutes.after 530.Then finally say they can't open lobby cause they only have two people.Both other Starbucks I went too said that's not allowed. So what a manager and employee can't handle a 530 am shift.Why that person a Manager??? Terrible service..And corporate will be getting a call. I even got a picture time stamped of them just looking at me playing dumb. Now the weekday morning crew is awesome.But that Sunday morning crew should all be fired . Would give zero stars if I could.

Not a fan of this location. It does not even feel like a Starbucks… it feels rundown, seedy. And kinda’ dirty… the outside glass is strangely mirrored so that you can not see inside, even at the front door. The glass was filthy; perhaps, it shows up more because of the mirror effect. I went inside to order because I wanted to use the ladies room as well. Well, they do not have a restroom! Nope! Not even a coded one like many others just out of luck was pretty much the way the guy sounded… I’m sorry, I don’t pay your ridiculous prices for the coffee… and based on this location I should’ve just gone to Micky D’s. Yuck!!!

No starting, but excellent customer service.

No places to sit and no public bathroom. Despite spending $10 with tip, I was not allowed to use the obvious bathroom “for safety reasons”. Sorry - I spend $1,000s at Starbucks every year and have never been refused a barhroom, ever. Ridiculous!
