Yesterday I went and the attention was terrible. I understand that the girl was alone but her attitude was terrible and I just asked her something and in a terrible way she responded with the comment I'm alone, you're going to come help me, the service for me, the customer service is very rude. and unprofessional I do not recommend it bad experience and the first bad experience in a starbucks
Extremely, EXTREMELY SLOW service! Just to START I felt like I was in the movie Zootopia (the part with the sloth at the counter)! She SLOWLY put her apron and Starbucks hat on without even addressing me! It was awkward! Horrible service!
I don’t why every time I buy the white chocolate mocha here it taste different every single time… this Starbucks is one the worst I have been… it’s always disorganized and dirty… staff are not friendly (maybe one or two) but usually they are either lost and not knowing what to do or their attitude is bad. I’m aware that this particular Starbucks is own by Target but should still maintain the quality of their product, service and overall experience because the price is the same as if you’ll go to a regular Starbucks.. we the costumers are paying for great service and product… and it’s not fair that every time you go you don’t know if what you order is going to be good or not. Completely disappointed.
A arrogant depressed young girl there unhappy with her job well find or better yourself with a new job Starbucks is not the only job in the world.

Terrible service!!! Yesterday, at 7:47 PM I went to the Starbucks Coffee at Target to order a Mocha Frappuccino Frozen but the associated "Brandon Marino" refused to sell me a Mocha Frappuccino Frozen because he said he closed the blenders because he has to start to close because Starbucks Coffee at Target in Dadeland Mall close at 9:00 PM. But at the moment I made my order it was 7:49 PM and by the time Brandon Merino finish to tell me his argument about why he didn't want to sell me the Mocha Frappuccino that I previously ordered, it was 7:51 PM. So I asked him - "then, until what time I can order my Mocha Frappuccino Frozen?" - and he said - "every day until 7:50 PM." So what happened here was he did'nt want to make my order because he closed the benders very early, too early!!! And also "Brandon Marino" gave me a sarcastic answer!!! Another days I made my order of Mocha Frappuccino Frozen at 7:40 or 7:50 PM in that Starbucks and others. So please some Manager has to tell the associated "Brandon Marino" do not close the benders too early, if that Starbucks Coffee close at 9:00 PM he should close the blenders around 8:30 PM or well 8:20 PM but not before 8:00 PM. He gave me the worts customer service ever!!!
Right now you can't eat or drink inside due to covid but there are tables and chairs outside the store. It's nice to get a little treat after shopping.
There are no outlets 4 laptops are cell phones absolutely nothing but they do have a Pizza hut inside the on the side of the Starbucks I would recommend if you need to use your laptop
