Always a good experience, my drink was made literally in less than two minutes. I recommend parking and going inside at this location due to the very long drive thru line but they have a nice sitting area to wait

Customer service needs gross improvement

Nice Starbucks inside of the Market 32! Bathrooms right next to it and lots of tables to sit at (only a few outlets).

I wait in line for at least 30 minutes every time I come here, even if I order ahead. The order ahead option isn’t even on half the time.

Waited on line for about 10 minutes even though I was the only one on line and no one ordered before me. When I finally received my coffee it was a sticky mess. On top of that, one of the employees said it was a “hard drink” even though they made it wrong. And to round it all off they forgot my egg bites. As a barista myself, I was highly disappointed.

Excellent service!

Rude. No one at counter. Manager didn't even care.
