Excellent customer service. Shaken expresso was made perfect.

Overall quite nice. Wish the basic drinks such as tea and coffee were a bit less expensive though.

As often as I visit this location, the level of customer service doesn’t improve, they should know me by now. My Daughter worked at the Ravinia location for 4 years and they would’ve terminated her if she was as dry with those customers as these Baristas are with me, I didn’t even get so much as a thank you and I spent $36………I think Starbucks is a distant memory for a long time!!!

OMG I have a new favorite sandwich!!! They sold a cold ham and Swiss baguette and the barista was so nice and sweet she warmed it up for me. The most delicious breakfast sandwich ever! Such a nice and enjoyable dining experience. Thank you.

Yet another Starbucks location that was "demodelled" to reduce the total square footage for customers. The seating area was also eliminated and it's all table seating now. This trend needs to stop. It's ruining the brand.

as i was going through the drive through, there was a lady getting orders, i felt like i was been rushed to order and she got my order wrong. I didn’t find that pleasant
