I am routinely given what I ask for without issues via the drive-through at this location
I’m all about giving second opportunities, but this Starbucks have seriously lower my expectations as a client. I went there on Monday and a lady worker tell me that they were closed even though it’s 7 pm and they’re not supposed to close until 8:30 pm. Therefore, yesterday I went another time and 2 lady workers tell me that they are not giving nor selling any Frappuccinos in a STARBUCKS and they didn’t even told me the reason why. HOW COME
Never open on time, Do not even go at 8 am and thinking will be open
I have been to this target plenty of times. I’ve always had to wait to get my drinks made but I understand patience because I work in the food industry and understand things get really busy. I am all for second chances but today was unexpected and disappointing. After shopping I went to get two drinks. I walk up to line with one lady in front of me ordering. They did not say much to her, the two female (one of which I couldn’t see because I assume she was cleaning under the counter) were talking very loudly about there frustration with coworkers. I understand being irritated with coworkers again I work in the food industry but the way they were talking was not acceptable. I waited for 15 minutes to just order, I was not acknowledged even once. I know they saw me because the lady at the counter made eye contact with me. I was about to spend probably $12 or more dollars on coffee but yet I walked away after not being noticed at all. I understand mistakes happen but this is unacceptable and making this Starbucks loose money. I am disappointed with my service today.
Wife loves it. I feel the beans are a bit burnt to my liking but I'm particular about coffee.
Love Starbucks. But expensive
