I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's st Southport and Emerson. They are always fast and polite. The food is also made with care.

Place is terrible

I recently visited McDonald's (at W 96th st and Michigan Road) and would like to share my experience with the customer service I received. Unfortunately, the drive thru cashier’s attitude was not as welcoming or professional as I have come to expect from McDonald's. The interaction was somewhat unpleasant due to their lack of enthusiasm and courtesy. I believe that good customer service is key to a satisfying experience at any McDonald's restaurant. I hope this feedback is seen as constructive, as I think improving customer interactions could greatly enhance the overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction at this location.

I had the big breakfast and it was assembled correctly. The food was hot and fresh. 5/28/22 I tried a McDonald's muffin and it was very tasty. 1/11/24 I enjoyed the egg and bacon biscuit. It was just what I wanted to see.

Sweet tea was disgusting

There’s a McDonald’s two blocks away just go there instead
