Why is there always seem to be flies or moscas? I can't seem to eat here because of the flies. Another day and another fly.
I placed a mobile order this morning and it gave me a ready for pickup at 9:06am. I get to the drive thru and it is 9:05am. I tell them that I have a drive thru order and the woman over the speaker tries to find it, as I’m speaking with her it comes thru. She starts to get an attitude with me and tells me that it’s not even ready to drive really slow and go back thru the whole drive thru. I pull up to the window and she starts arguing with me at the window. I showed her that the app says ready at 9:06. It’s not my fault that it didn’t get sent to the store until 9:05. She tells me that the tea takes 5 mins to seep that I need to go through the drive thru again. I told her I’m not doing that as there were a line of cars behind me now. She said she’ll bring it out to my car to go park. I ended up driving away, calling customer service and getting a refund. If I didn’t place a mobile order and just went through the drive thru to order would I have been told to go around again? Customer service was horrible and I couldn’t believe the way I spoken to. Horrible service. Will not return.
Lisa is one of the rudest people at this location. Again I’ve gone here multiple times because of the location sadly and Lisa literally is so rude every morning to get a coffee from this location this lady is very nasty and just what a horrible way to start your day. Recommend every other Starbucks but this location with this woman working drive thru is a terror.
Always get the order wrong. Today cold coffee. Very rude staff. Increase the lighting, the place looks depressing
Horrible customer service.If you can go to another Starbucks, save yourself the bad experience of going to this place.
