I’m kinda irritated! My husband bought me my favorite drink this morning as he knew I’d have my 2 month old grandson this morning. My daughter dropped him off because she had some appointments and I went to take a sip and it was so gross. Hardly any cold foam, no coffee taste, just gross. After my daughter got back from all her appointments, I asked her to take my drink back and asked them remake it. She gladly obliged. When she returned she said “The barista said, maybe next time tell your mom don’t wait until all the ice melts to return it!” Ummmm what?!! It tasted awful with ice! And I’m not dragging my 2 month old grandbaby out in this freezing weather to fix a coffee drink. So rude! Sad thing is the guy who said this knows my husband by name because he buys me coffee all the time. Just kinda rude!

Very disappointed with my experience this morning. Went in to pick up a mobile order today, once I told the barista named Mana at the counter my name, she asked me “oh you’re the person with 20 drinks” I only ordered 7 for my family. I told her “I don’t think it was that many”, she replied “well it feels like it”. She then continued to complain to customers in line telling them they had to wait because I “ordered 20 drinks” embarrassing me in front of them. There was no reason 7 drinks should have been this big of a deal I’m sorry I wanted to grab coffee for my family this morning, it won’t happen again.

Jerry is absolutely the sweetest man there ever was. It's always great to go there.

I ordered off mobile app. My husband picked it up. I ordered some extras which I was charged for but never received 3 pumps of pumkin and pumkin spice with extra pumkin spice. This is the 3rd time this particular store has done this. Will not be back

The older burrista Jerry SERIOUSLY needs a raise and I hope someone that can make that happen sees this! I truly believe he's what keeps most of us coming back, even if it's not a big one, that man deserves SOMETHING!

I ordered 2 grande ice mocha nd got one grande and 1 small but still paid full price for 2 grande

Great coffee overpriced. Wish i would have thought of the chain
