Never had chicken ready and always an excuse...

Tenders were hard, cold and over priced, I'll fry my chicken at home. Col. Sanders has to be turning over in his. You folks are making a joke of his empire!

It looked like there was only one worker in the kitchen/drive thru today. The food came out extremely fast, was hot, and tasted great. She was very polite and I think this is the first time someone has remembered to put my bbq sauce in the bag. Complete opposite experience to what I was used to, this woman needs employee of the year.

Horribly, horribly salted chicken tenders !!! Bad in a major way !!! Cant beleive people are that stupid to mess food up that bad . And over fried burnt ! 1st kfc that was this bad ! Never want kfc anymore after this location . Never going there again . Bad , bad , beyond bad !!!

Easy access to enter and exit. Fast service and wad accurate.

Nice KFC restaurant with one of the best KFC chicken i ever tasted. The restaurant was clean and the ambience was great. I came 8000 miles from my home country ( Kuwait ) to eat KFC in Kentucky state and i was glad that i came to this particular restaurant.

The Mac and cheese looks halfway dried up, the drink station was a hot mess, and the restroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned for a week or so.

I placed my order through the app about 5:40pm tonight and then proceed to the drive thru when my order was ready at 5:50pm. I was rudely informed by the drive thru worker that I had to come inside to pick it up. This seems really inconvenient and I won’t be using the app to order again because of this. When I walked in the door, there were 2 customers who had already placed orders waiting for their food, and 2 employees behind the counter working out an employee purchase. No one greeted me, or spoke to me at all actually. As soon as the employees were done, they walked away from the register, one of them towards the back and the other to the drive thru to continue taking orders. My order was placed in the behind the counter pick up order area about 2 minutes after I walked in the door. I continued to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back up to the counter. When a very nice line cook handed the last of the 2 customers his order, I approached him and asked if my order was in the pick up area. He quickly handed me my order while the rude drive thru lady shouted from across the room “Is that for Ashley??” as I walked out the door. Very poor customer service as well as very poor quality of food. Our chicken looked like it had been kicked under the fryer and then fried in old oil. It tasted like it too and was dripping with grease. I am very disappointed I choose to spend my money here. I will be going elsewhere the next time I want fried chicken.

I left did not buy anything! And when did you stop selling buckets of chicken?
