Things have gotten personal with this store. I Uber eats a bagel from this location pretty often and at least 50-60% of the time they don’t put cream cheese in the bag even though I added it. It’s painful
I have been really patient with this location because I work by it. Lately it has been a little sloppy due to the fact my order has been messed up multiple times by this place. At some point a customer is going to get irritated having to come back almost every time. My most recent experience I walked in showed what it said on the bag and showed what sand which they gave me and said “this is not this” she said “okay we can fix that. It was a honest mistake.” I do understand it was honest mistake but I have had honest mistakes happen to many times here. When she gave me the food when it was fixed it was given with an attitude. She better be lucky I was in my work clothes or I woulda snatched the glasses and bun off her head. Not a threat, it’s a promise. Count your blessing cause today was one baby girl.
Just what I wanted. A great cup of coffee and a quiet atmosphere.
Ordered a tall cappuccino with additional ingredients & when I picked it up, it was only 1/4th full. I showed the barista & she said that’s how it’s supposed to be. When I appeared confused she rudely said it had been ready for 15 mins & I let her know the app said to pick up @ 11:11 & I was there @ 11:13.
Staff is super sweet but I must add a disclaimer so no one’s day is ruined :( hours are misleading? It announces a 7pm closing time in their door and on google maps but still- they just closed the doors at 5pm which is really odd. I hope they sort this thing out
