Horrible service, I placed an order through the app, the money was deducted from my card, waited for 10 minutes, and went to pick up my order. The staff claimed they had just closed and nobody made my coffee. Although my order was accepted and I waited for it for ten minutes, the staff saw it in the system and didn't bother to prepare it. I lost my money, didn't get my coffee, and received no compensation from customer support. I will never go to Starbucks again, they've lost me as a customer. Appalling service, I'm disappointed.
I ordered a venti and PAID for a venti, I received this one, and told the guy it’s supposed to be venti and he said “We don’t have the cups” not to mention it wasn’t even filled up all the way.
